Katyayani KTM is a chemical fungicide containing Thiophanate methyl 70 WP in a Wettable formulation. It is effective against a wide range of fungal diseases through Systemic contact action by disrupting the cell division of fungus. 

This fungicide is suitable for agricultural use against diseases such as Powdery Mildew, Scab, Ring Rot, etc., in crops like Papaya, Apple, Tomato, and many other fruit and vegetable crops.

Technical Content:

  • Thiophanate Methyl 70% WP

Key Benefits:

  • It affects the cell division growth of fungus, leading to the death of the fungus.

  • It dissolves quickly and evenly distributed in water.

  • It gives long-lasting control up to 12 – 15 days.

  • Thiophanate methyl 70 WP is used for anthracnose, powdery mildew, and Rot and Wilt diseases.

Mode of Action:

  • The mode of action of Thiophanate methyl fungicide is systemic with contact action, which disrupts cell division and growth of fungi, leading to the death of the fungus.

Dosage:

  • For Domestic Use: Take 2 Grams of KTM per 1 Liter of Water.

  • For Large Applications, 250-600 grams per acre (depending on the disease), foliar spray is recommended.

Target crops:

  • Papaya, Apple, Tomato, Bottle Gourd, Grapes and many other fruit and vegetable crops.

Target diseases:

  • Powdery mildew, Brown Rust, Leaf Blight, Ring Rot, Fusarium Wilt, Scab, Early blight, Late blight, Ring Rot, Anthracnose, Rust and many other fungal diseases.
